– Greet visitors
– Handle incoming calls, takes messages and places outgoing calls
– Relays messages to Department Manager using phone and/or PC
– Receipt Cash/Credit Card/Cashiers Check Payments accurately
– Issue temporary plates to recently purchased vehicles
– Sorting mail
– Ensure front desk area is tidy; keep office files, documents and workflow organized.
– Supports Department Manager with various duties and projects as requested.
– Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
– Proven working experience in similar roles
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
– Professional appearance
– Solid communication skills both written and verbal
